Hi! A lot of my clients ask me what got me interested in massage, and honestly, I kind of just fell into it. After using working in hospitality for many years in order to fund my traveling life, I needed a new path; one where I might be able to help people. I had a keen interest in exercise (at the time LES MILLS classes, which later progressed to more self-directed programs), and thought I would study something related to the industry. Little did I know that I would find my absolute passion.

I have now been working in the industry for more than 5 years and have used that time to build a thorough understanding of how the body moves and how to assist it in moving more efficiently. I am constantly learning; every case that stumps me (fewer and fewer now) becomes a new assignment and opportunity to learn.

Thus I have experience treating many musculoskeletal conditions, working with everyone from elite athletes, to those who just need a little assistance overcoming too much desk work. I use a combination of modalities including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue work as well as Myofascial Cupping Technique TM. I have developed my own unique style over the years and have found it very effective, although I truly believe every person is different and every physiology is also; this means every treatment plan must also be different! I take care in every treatment and for that hour my full focus is on you and your goals.
