If you are an existing client, are short of time or are seeking a more affordable option than this might be the right choice for you. We can certainly make progress in this session; especially on smaller areas of the body such as the neck, arms and lower legs. This generally isn't enough time for a lower back treatment or treatment of a more chronic or painful issue.

This option is more suitable for new clients as well as those existing. Included is a thorough yet efficient musculoskeletal consultation. This amount of time allows us to look at more time consuming areas such as shoulders and knees (every body of course is unique and what is complex on one client may be less time consuming on another).

This seems like an odd amount of time for a massage but hear me out; the 15 minutes can sometimes mean the difference between a follow up visit or the freedom to go about your business, pain free. It is all dependent of course on the particular condition you have come in with as well as your body's ability to respond to massage, but the 15 minutes can allow us to work on areas that are particularly influencing the location of pain or restriction.

Sometimes 90 minutes is what is needed to address the more complex issues that present in the body. Lower back pain, Frozen shoulder, hamstring injuries and long term knee pain can be examples of issues that can benefit from a little extra time. Sometimes clients just really want that extra time on the table and that is OK too!
